Assalamualaikum.
Petang-petang sendu. Hahaha hujung minggu memang buntu tak tahu nak buat apa padahal kerja berlambak. Banyak yang berlaku minggu ini. Penamaan calon JPP, Manifesto calon, undian calon, pembahagian kerja kursus, isu elaun dan macam-macam. Nak to be short pun tak boleh sebab rasa macam kena cerita semua benda!
Aku intrapersonal sikit. Tak berapa nak masuk kepala otak dengan benda-benda camni, Banyak sambutan dari pelbagai generasi haaa kau. Siapa kata JPP tiada sambutan? Budak malay, chinese, indian semua masuk takde pengecualian.
Ohya, JPP ni stands for Jawatankuasa Perwakilan Pelajar. This JPP associated with HEP- Hal Ehwal Pelajar which will be the leader for every occasion happens in the campus. So, through JPP, every work is easier. First of all, i mean no harm with my post here. Not wanting to point at someone or particular party but i trust the integrity of SPR- Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya of the Campus. Why would i say that? SPR is just doing their work, counting the votes and being fair and lovely to all nominees. For your information, they were totally engaged with SPR too- Suruhanjaya Pencegah Rasuah.
So, i heard that there is a kind of racism rumor in the voting session. I do not know and dont want to know, but i just want to point my points.
Nominees
Nominees is the ones who responsible in getting all the votes and successfully win the hearts of the voters. The voters(students) are all human. They wish their wishes to be true and want to trust someone who they know and can put the 'burden' on. Have you seen any nominees who never put the posters up, never meet the crowd, never engaged with the people win the campaign? Of course, no. There is no win for a such nominee. Ifyou want to win, then meet the people, let the people know you even if you are just 150 cm! Open yourself to the crowd then they will know you and hope the best for you and at least, VOTE FOR YOU!
Campaign
Campaign-ing like putting up the posters, doing all that seeing people and ask them to never forget to vote for you, is not an embarrassing thing to do! Stop saying that it is not worth the vote. Well, people will go like, stop being thrifty in campaign bla blabla and so on but, they will remember your effort and know that if they vote for you, you will have an effort to help them. That is very worthy thing to do. Trust me!
So, my two cents : never blame people for being racism for not voting you. You know how much your efforts and people know if you have won their hearts or not. Then, if you are not chosen, dont give up. There will always be next time for you and please dont spread racism. If it is not coming from you, then there would not be any issue! You start it, think about it, your post is your responsibility. SAY NO TO RACISM and NO HATRED. Be positive and acceptance! It is not worth your time to keep posting about racism when you lose the vote. It is all come from you. THINK CAREFULLY.
